TCMX series (Mixed type)
A Mixed type series to increase production efficiency and open the way to versatile embroidery expressions! Chenille embroidery and standard embroidery have been brought together in one embroidery machine. A chenille embroidery head is coupled with a standard embroidery head in a pair (available up to 15 pairs).

High-speed operation at 750 rpm has been brought to reality.
High-speed operation at750 rpm (in comparison with our previous specification of 600 rpm) has drastically increased productivity.

Automatic change of 6 colors enables versatile multicolor arrangement.
A setting on the operation panel allows the operator to select desired colors.

Automatic lift-up mechanism
The Needle, Nipple and Presser foot are automatically lifted up for easier frame exchange operation.

Automatic needle height adjusting mechanism
Needle height is adjustable in 10 steps according to the loop height or chain size.

Tie-off function to prevent the thread from fraying
Chain stitches are automatically inserted for some stitches after completion of loop stitches for prevention of thread fraying that causes production error.

Scale up/down, Rotate
You can scale your designs down to 50% or up to 200% in increments of 1%, and rotate in 1-degree increments.

Automatic Repeat
A design can be automatically repeated up to 99 times both vertically and horizontally. The repetition can be set for continuous operation.

Design Editing
Modify, insert or delete your embroidery design data stitch by stitch.

Satin Stitch Reduction and Expansion
Increase or decrease actual stitch length according to the stitch length in a design.

Frame Back / Forward
Frame Back / Forward is available in units of stitches, color change or designated stitch count.

Origin Return
The frame can be either manually or automatically returned to the design starting point (while the machine is stopped), even if the end point is different from the starting point.

Automatic Offset / Manual Offset
Facilitates applique fabric placement and frame changing.

Automatic Upper / Under Tread Trimming Device <ATH>
Automatically operates by commands in the design data.

Power Failure Control Measures
You can continue to operate the machine after power failure during embroidery without being annoyed by misproduction due to design displacement.

Factory Option For Standard Embroidery Heads

Jumbo Rotary Hook
The special jumbo size rotary hooks and stitching mechanism of our own design have
enabled various thickness of upper threads from thin to thick to be used readily.
Due to expanded bobbin capacity (twice as much as the small hook), bobbin
changing tasks have been drastically decreased, increasing productivity.

Sequin Device IV
Wide range of sequins from small to large sizes or in various shapes like
noncircular or eccentric type are applicable for creation of you designs
as needed, depending on your applications.

Sequin Device III Twin Type <PAT>
It is now possible to embroider a max. of 4 different sizes, shapes and colors on each head.
2 kinds of sequins on one side can be interchanged and embroidered at high speeds as desired.
This next-generation Sequin device permits more design options and improves production efficiency.

Position Marker
Points out a needle hole position, hidden on a cloth, by light it up with a LED beam to align embroidery start position. You can check the needed position anytime.

Tajima's extremely accurate and powerful AFC frame changing mechanism
makes it possible to produce high quality, continuous embroidery.

Factory Options For Chenille Embroidery Heads

Coiling/Taping Device（MT-1）
This device enables both coiling embroidery and taping embroidery. Coiling embroidery finishes core and coiling threads with a soft touch and allows
you various coiling variations. (The winding ratio of coiling thread for the core thread si adjustable in 4 steps.)
Futhermore, combination with loop and/or chain stiches expands the potentials of you embroidery designs.

Cording Device [K-2]
The cording device, exclusively used for chenille embroidery.

Options

Jog Remote-Controller <PAT>
The jog remote-controller has consolidated the function of frame
travel operations. It is independent of the operation panel and allows
to move the frame while the operator is close to the needles.

High-Speed Cording Device (KB-2M)
New variations of looping or cording embroidery can be
added to a design by switching between 2 kinds of attachments.

Boring Device II
A special knife bores a hole in a fabric and then a needle and thread sew open the hole.
The size of the hole is adjustable and the shape can be created through the process of digitizing to meet your desires.
This device is applicable to all normal embroidery heads and easily increases the value of embroidered products.
